Our sustainable vegetable bouillon brings rescued vegetables and plenty of flavour together. We lovingly use “wonky” vegetables that don’t meet perfect visual standards – such as crooked leeks, twisted carrots and monstrous tomatoes.
This way, valuable vegetables are saved from going to waste and transformed into a delicious, aromatic bouillon. Handmade in Zurich with great care and attention to the product – for everyone who appreciates great taste while helping to reduce food waste.
