Herbaria Hot Apple Cider is an organic spice mix for apple punch or other winter hot drinks made with apple juice. A delicious alternative to mulled wine. With fruity ingredients like tangerine & lemon granules and wonderful spices such as cinnamon and cloves, it quickly creates a tasty winter apple punch with apple juice, with or without rum.
The spice mix is also perfect for mixing original fruity winter cocktails like “Apple Cider Prosecco Spritz,” “Apple Cider Mimosa,” or a fruity version of “Hot Buttered Rum.”
For apple punch with 0.5 L of apple juice, 1 tbsp of Hot Apple Cider is sufficient. Either boil in a covered pot or with a tea strainer or filter bag. For winter cocktails, simply add to sparkling wine, rum, or apple wine to taste.
Preparation: 1 tablespoon “Hot Apple Cider” in a tea strainer or filter bag with 0.5 L of apple juice, bring to a boil. Add dark rum to taste or enjoy alcohol-free.
