Morga Malt Extract is obtained from pure barley and serves as a versatile powder for baking and sweetening. It can partially or completely replace the sugar content in recipes and gives dishes an unmistakable, malty aroma. It is particularly suitable for muesli, pastries, bread, and yogurt. When baking, it is recommended to add 2 heaped teaspoons of malt extract per 500 g of flour.
