This is done as seasonally as possible, with intelligence, and naturally by hand. For example, Chalira has restored their 120-year-old grist mill with much love. Reviving an old craft and grinding fresh brings much joy and great taste to the blends. Organic raw materials from Switzerland and all over the world, with many direct contacts to farmers, enable high quality and great aromas.
