BetterYou Vegan Health Daily Oral Spray with natural pomegranate and raspberry flavour.
The oral spray combines vegan vitamin D3, vitamin B12, iron and iodine – nutrients often under-represented in a vegan diet. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, vitamin B12 and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.

4 sprays daily provide: vitamin D3 75 µg (3000 IU), vitamin B12 6 µg, iron 5 mg, iodine 150 µg.
Children: 3–8 years 1 spray, 8–12 years 2 sprays, 13 years and above 4 sprays daily.
Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times. Spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
