With great care and passion, the team with and around founder Michael Morskoi creates spice blends, seasoning pastes and mustard in Aarau. This is done as seasonally as possible, with common sense and, of course, by hand. For example, Chalira has lovingly restored their 120-year-old grist mill. Reviving an old craft and grinding fresh brings a lot of joy and great taste to the blends. Organic raw materials from Switzerland and all over the world, with many direct contacts to the farmers, enable high quality and great aromas.
