Natura Egg Substitute is a plant-based powder based on lupine flour that serves as a vegan alternative to chicken eggs. It is excellent for baking and cooking and can be used in recipes such as sponge cakes, pancakes, waffles, pasta, vegetable gratins, and casseroles. One portion (7 g of powder with 30 ml of water) replaces one whole egg. The egg substitute is gluten-free, soy-free, and free from animal products. It is, however, not suitable for preparing scrambled eggs.
