Blueberry juice – naturally cloudy direct juice from wild-growing organic blueberries
The blueberry juice is a naturally cloudy direct juice made from carefully collected, wild-growing blueberries (Vaccinium myrtillus) in certified organic quality. Only non-cultivated wild fruits are used for this mother juice in order to best preserve the original, characteristic taste of the blueberry.
The aromatic berries are gently processed and pressed directly. This creates an intense direct juice that reflects the typical deep blue to violet color as well as the full fruit aroma of the blueberries. As a mother juice from the first pressing, the natural richness of flavor is optimally preserved.
Blueberries are among the most important European wild fruits and are known for their intense aroma. The naturally cloudy juice is ideal for pure enjoyment, as a fruity ingredient in drinks, or for refining dishes.
