These crackers are the result of the highest level of artisanal care: they are made exclusively from first-class, JAS-certified organic brown rice – not as pre-made flour, but freshly ground immediately before the dough is prepared. Added to this is premium Tamari from a nearly 200-year-old traditional company, fermented in historic cedar wood barrels.
