Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Terre Di Bari Italy Organic, 750 ml
The extra virgin olive oil D. O. P. Terra di Bari Bitonto (Protected Designation of Origin) by Alce Nero is a blend of the Cima di Bitonto and Coratina varieties, grown in Apulia, in the area of the city of Bari. The olives are harvested by hand in the autumn months and processed using the cold extraction method, then the olive oil is filtered and bottled. It has a green color with yellow reflections, a medium-fruity aroma, a slightly bitter and pungent taste with a hint of fresh herbs and almonds, and is a strong and full-bodied oil. Application: Suitable for grain soups, meat dishes, and grilled vegetables. Also very good on a slice of toasted bread.
