Burnt cream: For preparation, stir the contents vigorously into 5 dl of cold whole milk and chill for at least 20 minutes. Whisk the cream briefly again before serving. After the initial stirring, it may happen that the burnt sugar has not yet completely dissolved; small dark spots are normal and will mostly dissolve during the second whisking.
