The oral spray is absorbed via the oral mucosa. Methylcobalamin is the form of vitamin B12 that the body can use directly. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Directions
- 4 sprays daily (total 1200 µg vitamin B12, 40 µg chromium)
- Content: 25 ml / 48 daily doses
- Children under 12 years: half dose
- Shake well before every use. Spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
