Strictly organic. Controlled gluten-free. Guaranteed delicious. And all without added sugar. The base of our waffle and pancake mix is rice, which is naturally gluten-free. That is quality you can taste. Simply add soy drink, soy yogurt, and sugar to the mix, and your crispy waffles or sweet pancakes are ready.

The mix makes 5–6 waffles, 4–6 crêpes, or 10–12 pancakes. You will find great recipes on the packaging.

Vegan Preparation
Pancake Ingredients: 300 ml soy drink (or plant-based drink) and 200 g soy yogurt

  1. Mix the contents of the pack with 300 ml soy drink and 200 g soy yogurt to form a smooth batter.
  2. Pour the batter in portions into a greased pan, spread evenly, and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
