"memo" FSC Baking Paper Sheets – Unbleached, reusable baking paper sheets

No greasing of trays necessary: To prepare pizza, cakes and more in the oven, these practically pre-cut, greaseproof baking paper sheets are simply perfect! This baking paper, made in Germany, is developed according to ecological principles and certified by FSC and the Nordic Swan. It is unbleached and coated with silicone on both sides, preventing sticking and allowing multiple use. The sheets fit all standard baking trays and are heat-resistant up to 220 °C (up to 180 °C for multiple use). They can also be used in the microwave! The PFAS- and BPA-free baking paper is halal, kosher, and can be disposed of with general household waste.

The memo baking paper sheets have been developed with ecological aspects in mind and are suitable for all standard baking trays. They are double-sided silicone-coated, preventing sticking even without greasing. In addition, they are heat-resistant up to 220 °C and suitable for microwave use. The baking paper comes from responsibly managed forests and controlled sources (FSC® Mix certified). The packaging is made from 80% recycled material and is recyclable with paper waste.

FSC-certified paper from exemplary forest management This product is FSC certified. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is a non-profit organization that promotes environmentally appropriate and socially beneficial forest management worldwide, thus fighting against the destruction of forests. Only products that meet strict criteria and whose raw materials are independently certified carry the FSC label.

Free from PFAS and BPA This product is BPA- and PFAS-free. PFAS, also known as "forever chemicals," are per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances found, for example, in outdoor clothing, non-stick pans, and packaging. They are extremely persistent, accumulate in the environment, and may have negative health effects. Similarly problematic is Bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical used in plastics. New EU limits and planned bans aim to significantly reduce exposure for humans and the environment in the future.

Double-sided silicone coating for multiple use Thanks to the double-sided silicone coating, the baking paper can be used several times. This reduces waste and the need for frequent repurchase. Disposal is done with general household waste.
