Naturata organic coconut fat is particularly suitable for frying and deep-frying. As part of a balanced and healthy diet, it is advisable not to use coconut fat as the only source of fat. Since it contains only a small amount of essential fatty acids important for the human body, coconut fat should be combined with other high-quality vegetable oils (e.g. olive oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, and linseed oil).
Naturata organic coconut fat is made from the flesh of coconuts. The coconut fat comes from old, established plantations in the Philippines and is processed directly on site.
