This organic date spread made from dates, pears and apples tastes delicious on bread, with waffles or pancakes… By the way – Arche “Klaxe” are traditional fruit syrups called “Kraute.” The name comes from “Rübenkraut” (beet syrup) and has a long history: originally, beet leaves were finely chopped and cooked like red cabbage as a vegetable. From the beets themselves, syrup was obtained by boiling them down, and in the early 18th century it was simply given the same name.
Arche Date Klax is vegan and contains no added sugar!
