Crispy fried mushrooms from DJ&A - shiitake, oyster & nameko mushrooms for the perfect mix.
DJ&A crispy mixed mushrooms are a ready-to-eat snack and are also completely natural, vegan and a good source of fibre. The mushrooms are GMO-free, contain no MSG and have no artificial colours, flavour enhancers or preservatives.
A 30g bag of fried mushrooms is made from approximately 80g of fresh mushrooms and is therefore very nutritious. The lower temperature during frying means that the nutrients in the mushrooms are better preserved.
