EL BLANCO by Revo Foods is an innovative plant-based white fish alternative. The fillet impresses with its tender, juicy texture and mild flavour, inspired by premium black cod. Made from fermented mycoprotein and enriched with omega-3 fatty acids, EL BLANCO is perfect for creative seafood-inspired dishes, bowls, vegetable stir-fries, or as a unique plant-based protein option.

Preparation

Pan: Fry with a little oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake at 200°C for approximately 14–16 minutes.
Air Fryer: Cook at 200°C for approximately 8–10 minutes.

Frozen to Fresh. This Revo Foods product is stored frozen and thawed before shipping. Shelf life of 75 days once thawed when stored at a maximum of 5°C. Consume promptly after opening. Do not refreeze.
