Wok Noodles are ideal for Asian wok dishes, traditional tofu or vegetable pans or as a soup garnish.
Basic recipe for 2-3 people
Ingredients:
125g Wok Noodles
250ml warm water or stock
300g tofu or vegan meat substitute
200g vegetables
Oil, salt, pepper, spices
Fry the tofu (or meat substitute) in a little oil until lightly browned, then remove and keep warm. Sauté the vegetables, season and add water (or stock). Add the Wok Noodles directly to the wok without pre-cooking and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles have absorbed the liquid. Add the tofu (or meat substitute) and mix well.
