How is minced soy made? Soya beans are ground and pressed using purely mechanical methods in several stages. The defatted soya flour is then extruded in an extruder to achieve its meat-like shape and texture (i.e. ‘puffed up’, similar to cornflakes).

Thanks to state-of-the-art production technology, ‘soya granules’ are unique in shape and consistency, much crunchier, much more economical and, above all, have an absolutely excellent taste. When cooked or fried, this new veggie mince develops a wonderfully tender texture. The soaking time is just 5 minutes.
