The Indian Bulgur Pan by Antersdorfer brings the flavours of the Far East to your everyday kitchen. Hearty bulgur combined with dried vegetables and a balanced spice blend including turmeric, cumin and ginger – ready in just 10 minutes for 2–3 servings.
Preparation: Prepare 400ml of hot broth. Sauté the contents in a pan with a little oil, deglaze with broth, reduce heat and cover. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
