BetterYou Iron Oral Spray – food supplement with iron
The oral spray is sprayed directly into the mouth and absorbed via the oral mucosa. It can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal cognitive function.
- 4 sprays deliver 5 mg of iron (36% NRV)
- Content: 25 ml
- Natural pomegranate flavour
- Free from sugar, gluten, dairy and soy
Directions:
Shake well before every use. On first use, press the pump 3 times. Spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Can be taken at any time of day.
Dosage:
- 13 years and above and adults: 4 sprays daily
- 9–12 years: 3 sprays daily
- 6–8 years: 2 sprays daily
- 3–5 years: 1 spray daily
