Lupins have a slightly bitter note and a juicy-firm texture. Fresh tempeh, through fermentation, supports gut health and can improve digestion. Pan-fried with potatoes or vegetables, in wraps, crisped on spinach or salad, as a lupin burger, or as a protein-rich spread.

Tempeh is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen! You can cube or slice it, grate it finely, or chop it.
