Minced Funghi Protein by Revo Foods is the innovative, purely plant-based base for creative dishes in modern cuisine. Made from nutrient-rich, fermented mycoprotein, this mince impresses with its special, loose texture and an intense umami flavor. It is naturally rich in protein as well as dietary fibers and is just as versatile to use as traditional minced products – perfect for bolognese, tacos, lasagna, or stir-fries.
Preparation
Pan: Fry with a little oil over medium to high heat for 3–5 minutes
Oven: Bake at 180°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Air Fryer: Cook at 180°C for approximately 6-8 minutes.
Storage instructions
Frozen to Fresh. This Revo Foods product is stored frozen and thawed before shipping. Shelf life of 45 days once thawed when stored at a maximum of 5°C. Consume promptly after opening. Do not refreeze.
