This 90% cocoa bar is ideal for true chocolate lovers. We use Nacional-Arriba cocoa from Ecuador, combined with only 10% coconut sugar for subtle sweetness while preserving the full richness of the bar, giving a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth experience.
We leave our cocoa unroasted to preserve heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), keeping our chocolate nutrient-rich and flavorful – just as nature intended.
