Our Mitocell Omega-3 Vegan Oil is based on a unique combination of highly concentrated algae oil from the microalga Schizochytrium sp., with an extremely high content of DHA and EPA fatty acids, and cold-pressed olive oil with a very high proportion of polyphenols to protect the omega-3 fatty acids.
Just one teaspoon (5 ml) of our algae oil provides you with over 2,200 mg of omega-3 fatty acids – including 1,351 mg DHA and 672 mg EPA.
Recommended use / Preparation Take 5 ml once daily with or after a meal (equivalent to approx. one teaspoon). For pregnant and breastfeeding women, different intake recommendations apply. According to current legal guidelines, these are 450 mg EPA/DHA daily (or 5 ml every 4–5 days).
