Organic Mountain Lentil Tempeh from Tempehmanufaktur – Organic tempeh made from mountain lentils.

The best certified organic mountain lentils are carefully washed, cooked, and then inoculated with a selected noble mold. The lentils mature for 2–3 days in special ripening rooms until the tempeh is ready. Afterwards, it is seasoned and gently preserved.
Tempeh is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen! Tempeh can be diced or sliced, finely grated, or chopped. Pan-fried to a crispy golden brown in a little oil, tempeh can be used for a wide variety of dishes, for example as a salad or soup topping, on bread, in sauces, casseroles, bowls, wraps, and much more.
