Perfect for a small indulgence anytime or when you want something quick and uncomplicated.

Preparation: 1. Pour 4 tbsp (40 ml) plant-based milk into a large mug and add the contents of the package. Stir everything into a smooth batter. 2. Place the mug on the microwave turntable and cook at 800 W (highest setting) for about 60 seconds. 3. If the cake still looks moist, cook for another 10–20 seconds. 4. Spoon warm from the mug and enjoy.
