My.Yo LactoPro yogurt ferment helps support your digestion and immune system.
This yogurt ferment contains four different probiotic yogurt strains, including the scientifically studied La-5® (Lactobacillus acidophilus) and BB-12® (Bifidobacterium animalis). It also includes prebiotic organic inulin – a plant-based fiber from agave that nourishes the cultures and helps them stay active. All ingredients are EU organic certified. The combination of probiotic and prebiotic ingredients enhances the overall effectiveness.

This yogurt ferment is only suitable for soy drinks. According to the manufacturer, it does not work with almond, oat, rice, or other plant-based milks.
Fermentation time according to the manufacturer: 12–14 hours. Plant-based yogurt may take longer to reach the desired consistency.
