My.Yo Healthy homemade yoghurt in just 4 steps:

• Mix 1 bag of My.Yo Yoghurt Ferment or 100-150ml Yoghurt with 1 liter Soy Milk (room temperature) in the inside of the container.
• Close the inner container with the lid.
• Bring 3/4 liters of water to boil and pour it into the container.
• Put the inner container in the other one, close it. Done!

Observe the period of maturation from 12 to 14 hours.
Works best with soy milk
