Bio Planète Organic Virgin Sesame Oil - First cold pressed.
To ensure the completion of the ripening after picking, the farmers bundle the manually cut plants in an upright position for several days. Not before all the capsules have opened up, the sesame seeds are shaken out over a cloth.
For Bio Planète's fair trade certified Sesame Oil, we press pure, natural seeds very gently to make sure the contained sesamolin is preserved. Sesamolin is a natural oxidation protection which provides the oil with a longer shelf life.
Bio Planète's cold pressed Sesame Oil has a nutty, particularly mild taste. It lends an aromatic, faintly Asian aroma to your dishes. Heat sesame oil only carefully and use it to improve vegetables, tofu, rice, and pasta dishes right before serving.
