Ombar is also a delicious, nutrient-rich chocolate made from unrefined raw cocoa. It uses the old “Arribu National” variety, which has a particularly fruity taste and is produced in Demeter quality.
Ombar raw chocolate is free from conventional sugar and is sweetened only with coconut blossom sugar. It is also completely dairy-free and therefore suitable for vegans.
