Byodo Cellentani Green Pea, made from 100% selected organic ingredients, are rich in protein and fibre, making them an excellent choice for a balanced or gluten-free diet. With their fresh, slightly sweet flavour, they offer a delicious and varied pasta experience.
The origin of this cheerful twisted shape goes back to the 1970s in a pasta factory in Parma, when a small misalignment of the pasta press created the first Cellentani. They were immediately named after a popular singer of the time.

Usage Byodo Cellentani Green Pea, made from 100% selected organic ingredients, are rich in protein and fibre, making them an excellent choice for a balanced or gluten-free diet. Their fresh and slightly sweet taste provides variety on the plate.
