The Risotto Porcini Tomato by Antersdorfer combines tender risotto rice with aromatic porcini mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley. Ready in 15–20 minutes, it's the perfect way to enjoy a creamy, savoury risotto with minimal effort.
Preparation:
Prepare 450–500ml of hot broth. Sauté the mixture in a pot with some butter or oil until translucent. Deglaze with a bit of white wine or broth. Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add more broth as it cooks. Tip: Top with fresh herbs and grated vegan Parmesan for a rich and creamy finish.
