Scrambled tofu is the plant-based answer to scrambled eggs – high in protein, quick to prepare, and full of flavor. Simply mix Vitam’s aromatic spice blend with crumbled natural tofu and briefly fry. The result: a tasty, “egg-like” dish that convinces.
Kala Namak provides the typical note, turmeric gives the classic color, while roasted onions, thyme, pepper, and chili finely round off the aroma. All ingredients come from organic farming, without additives.
Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or creative vegan dishes like omelets, frittatas, or patties. Also delicious in wraps or bowls. One pouch is enough for 200–250 g of tofu – for uncomplicated, plant-based enjoyment.
