Dulse Red Seaweed by Arche – Savoury seaweed with natural umami flavour
ARCHE Dulse is dried red seaweed (Palmaria palmata) with an intense, savoury note. These colourful sea vegetables naturally enhance vegan dishes such as salads, soups, bowls, grain or vegetable meals.
Tip: Pan-fried until crispy and deglazed with tamari, dulse makes an excellent vegan bacon alternative – for a hearty, ocean-inspired flavour.
Preparation: Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, drain and continue according to your recipe. (Do not use soaking water.) Follow preparation instructions.
