Sea Spaghetti by Arche – Mildly savoury seaweed from sustainable wild harvesting
ARCHE Sea Spaghetti is gently dried under 42 °C and made from brown seaweed (Himanthalia elongata) sourced from France. Its mild savoury taste and spaghetti-like shape add colour and flavour to vegan pasta dishes, salads, and vegetable stir-fries.
In partnership with a French producer, ARCHE became the first brand to receive Naturland certification for seaweed in 2014 – setting new standards for product quality and marine habitat protection.
Preparation: Rinse under running water, soak in cold water for 15 minutes, drain. Use directly for salads or cook for an additional 5 minutes in fresh water for hot dishes. (Do not use soaking water.) Seaweed naturally contains salt – a white layer on the surface is a sign of its natural state.
