A quick and easy mix to make your own seitan at home. This useful mock meat can be expensive bought ready made so this mix is extremely cost effective and easy.
Mixed with water, you will receive fresh seitan paste in an amount of two times the basic weight. Preparation only takes a few minutes. A top product, all along the line!
Preparation tip Seitan Fix Wheat Gluten Mix with water and knead well. Cut it to slices, strips, cubes etc., and boil it for 20 minutes. Then process to scallops, steaks, goulash, etc.
