Davert organic corn semolina polenta, gluten-free from Italy.
Polenta has a slightly nutty flavor and is excellent for further preparation such as casseroles, dumplings, corn porridge, etc.
Instructions for use:
Bring 600 ml of vegetable stock to a boil and stir in 200 g of polenta while whisking. Cook everything over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
