How are soya medallions prepared? The medallions are soaked in hot vegetable stock for approx. 30 minutes or, alternatively, boiled for 10 minutes. They can then be seasoned as desired and processed into crispy grilled steaks, breaded schnitzel, cordon bleu and much more.
