Tempeh is a product made from soybeans, fermented with selected cultures, and naturally high in protein. This tempeh is seasoned with Indian Masala spices and is perfect for oriental dishes or pan-fried with salad.
Pairs wonderfully with vegetables, rice dishes, noodles, or in sandwiches (can be eaten raw or cooked).
Tempeh is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen! You can cube or slice it, grate it finely, or chop it. Pan-fried in a little oil until golden and crispy, tempeh can be used in a wide variety of dishes, for example as a salad or soup topping, as a sandwich filling, in sauces, casseroles, bowls, wraps, and much more.
