Traditionally fermented soy tempeh with a spicy and piquant pepper flavor. Perfect for an extra portion of delicious plant-based protein as a side dish, in bowls, or in sandwiches.
Tempeh with a bold pepperhouse spice mix, complemented by a surprisingly fresh, fruity note of plum brandy. Anything but boring. Pan-fried on salad, brushed with a little oil as a skewer, or crispy-fried as “croutons” on soups.
Tempeh is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen! You can cube or slice it, grate it finely, or chop it. Pan-fried in a little oil until golden and crispy, tempeh can be used in a wide variety of dishes, for example as a salad or soup topping, as a sandwich filling, in sauces, casseroles, bowls, wraps, and much more.
