The best certified organic soybeans are carefully washed, cooked, and then inoculated with a selected beneficial mold. They mature for 2–3 days in special curing rooms until the tempeh is ready. Afterwards, it is seasoned and gently preserved.
Tempeh is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen! It can be diced, sliced, grated, or crumbled. When pan-fried in a little oil until golden and crispy, tempeh can be used in a wide variety of dishes – for example, as a salad or soup topping, sandwich spread, in sauces, casseroles, bowls, wraps, and much more.
Preparation: Dice or slice the tempeh and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Perfect as a salad or soup topping, sandwich spread, or in sauces, casseroles, bowls, wraps, and more.
