Tempeh is originally the umbrella term for a fermented legume. We broke away from the idea that tempeh can only be made from soy as the basic ingredient. We experimented with other legumes and came to the conclusion that chickpeas, black beans, quail beans or even red beans are ideally suited for processing.
Note: Heat through before eating, not suitable for raw consumption! Consume immediately.
