THE FILET – Asian Fusion Style de Revo Foods est une alternative végétale innovante au saumon, agrémentée d'une touche gustative asiatique piquante. Le filet séduit par son feuilletage caractéristique, sa texture tendre et juteuse, ainsi que par ses arômes umami intenses qui apportent une note relevée et enflammée. Fabriqué à partir de mycoprotéine fermentée, riche en protéines et en fibres, et enrichi en acides gras oméga-3 de qualité supérieure extraits de l'huile de microalgues, ce filet est déjà mariné et prêt à être poêlé. Il est idéal pour des poêlées au wok créatives, des bowls asiatiques ou comme élément central particulièrement savoureux dans l'assiette.
Preparation
Pan: Fry with a little oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake at 200°C for approximately 14–16 minutes.
Air Fryer: Cook at 200°C for approximately 8–10 minutes.

Frozen to Fresh. This Revo Foods product is stored frozen and thawed before shipping. Shelf life of 90 days once thawed when stored at a maximum of 5°C. Consume promptly after opening. Do not refreeze.
