THE FILET – BBQ Style by Revo Foods is an innovative plant-based alternative to salmon with a smoky, savory flavor profile. The fillet impresses with its characteristic layering, a tender, juicy texture, and intense barbecue aromas that provide a hearty touch. Made from fermented mycoprotein, rich in protein as well as dietary fiber, and enriched with valuable omega-3 fatty acids from microalgae oil, the fillet comes pre-marinated and ready to cook. It is perfect for creative grill dishes, summery bowls, or as a special, flavor-packed highlight on your plate.

Preparation

Pan: Fry with a little oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake at 200°C for approximately 14–16 minutes.
Air Fryer: Cook at 200°C for approximately 8–10 minutes.

Frozen to Fresh. This Revo Foods product is stored frozen and thawed before shipping. Shelf life of 90 days once thawed when stored at a maximum of 5°C. Consume promptly after opening. Do not refreeze.
