THE PRIME CUT by Revo Foods is an innovative, purely plant-based protein fillet of the next generation. Thanks to state-of-the-art 3D structuring technology, this product revolutionarily combines a juicy fungi-protein fillet with an authentic, tender fat marbling. The fillet impresses with its fibrous texture and an intense, savory umami flavor. Made from fermented mycoprotein, THE PRIME CUT is naturally rich in protein as well as dietary fibers and can be prepared in creative dishes just as versatilely and exquisitely as a classic fillet medallion. For best results, serve with vegetables and quinoa.

Preparation

Pan: Fry with a little oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake at 200°C for approximately 14–16 minutes.
Air Fryer: Cook at 200°C for approximately 8–10 minutes.

Frozen to Fresh. This Revo Foods product is stored frozen and thawed before shipping. Shelf life of 75 days once thawed when stored at a maximum of 5°C. Consume promptly after opening. Do not refreeze.
