100% tomatoes from Tuscany, with no added salt – The sun-ripened tomatoes are carefully hand-sorted and processed within a few hours using modern equipment. This helps preserve the authentic aroma of freshly harvested tomatoes with their intense flavour. Mineral-rich soils and the favourable Mediterranean climate give the crops their distinctive taste. They contain little water, but a higher content of primary and secondary plant compounds, and are characterised by their natural sweetness.
