The plant-based alternative to the crème fraîche from New Roots is traditionally produced and fermented in the heart of the Swiss Alps. It is made from organic and fair trade cashew nuts and is an ethical and sustainable alternative to conventional crème fraîche. Thick, smooth and yet light, it is perfect for sweet recipes (creams, cakes, pies, etc.) as well as hearty cold and warm dishes (tarte flambée, pasta, potatoes, dips, wraps, etc.).
