The Vegetable Lentil Stew by Antersdorfer combines red lentils with a well-balanced mix of vegetables and spices in top organic quality. A wholesome plant-based dish that's quick to prepare and comforting to eat – ideal for 2–3 servings.
Preparation: Sauté contents in a pot with a little oil. Add 600ml of water, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for approx. 15 minutes. Tip: Serve with a dollop of vegan sour cream and fresh bread.
